Delivery & Returns

Your order will be dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse on business days using Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Our preference is to send your order using Fastway Couriers which includes tracking and insurance. If this is not an option for your location, your order will be sent using Australia Post’s regular parcel post with tracking. Orders to Post Office boxes will be sent by Australian Post. An Express Post option is also available at checkout. Freight for your order is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products that you have purchased and your location.

Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location and which method you have chosen to receive your goods, but it is generally between 1-5 days for deliveries within Australia. An email including full tracking details will be sent to you upon dispatch of your goods.

Tips to ensure a successful delivery of your order:

  • If you will not be home during the day, consider having the parcel delivered to your workplace as a signature may be required.
  • Delivery cards for parcels sometimes get misplaced (often thrown out with the junk mail). So, if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local Post Office.
  • Include your phone number and a valid email address as this will be helpful in contacting you if there are any issues with your order.

We offer the following shipping options for our international customers at checkout:

  • Air Mail – general mail service to most destinations for parcels up to 20kg. No tracking available. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
  • Registered International Air Mail – general mail service to most destinations for parcels up to 2kg. Signature obtained on receipt for most destinations & includes coverage for loss & damages up to $100. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
  • Pack & Track Air Mail – for parcels up to 2kg. Includes tracking and is available to the following destinations: UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Israel, Spain, China & Canada. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
  • Express International Post – urgent delivery of parcels up to 20kg. Includes on-line tracking for many destinations and a signature is obtained on receipt of the parcel. Allow 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery times for your order will vary depending on your location and which method you have chosen to receive your goods, but it is generally between 5-10 business days. An email including full tracking details (if available) will be sent to you upon dispatch of your goods. Please Note that Customs fees and import duties are charged by some countries. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond the control of Downunder Mart. Please check the applicable Customs laws in your country before placing your order.

[/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=”RETURNS POLICY”][vc_column_text]Downunder Mart is happy to accept return of goods that are damaged or defective or faulty. For your return to be accepted, please contact Downunder Mart via email (info@downundermart.com.au) within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with a detailed description of the problem and or photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

If you wish to return goods that are not faulty as you have changed your mind, we will be happy to credit the cost of the goods, but the goods must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Please contact us if you wish to return goods for this reason and note that Items must be returned within (14) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item.
